The True Meaning of Peace (01)

Peace carries the meaning of becoming horizontal and harmonizing. It cannot be accomplished alone. Subject partner and object partner can experience joy and happiness when the vertical relationship is in unison with the horizontal relationship. Everything must be complete and satisfactory. Only then can we call that peace. Peace itself is insufficient. An ideal must show spherical motion, not just stay within a horizontal dimension. It should have a three-dimensional nature. When we call someone an ideal person, he must have an ideology for the future. In other words, that person is not living just a two-dimensional life in reality, but, having a certain ideal, his life has a three-dimensional quality. An ideal cannot operate merely in a horizontal plane.” – Reverend Sun Myung Moon

What Is The Human Purpose?

“What is the human purpose? There are two; for woman, it’s man and for man, it’s woman. We are born, not for ourselves, but for each other. Centering on what? True Love. That is core love, the essence of love. We have to understand love more deeply. Before I even came to exist, before my life began, love existed and was the originator. Because of love my life began. The concept of love is made up of a plus side which is man and a minus portion which is woman. Originally there was an invisible concept of love such as this. The positive and negative aspects were deployed separately so the positive portion constitutes the vertical existence and the minus portion constitutes the horizontal existence. Where does love meet in this concept? The only conceivable place we can imagine it, is that love can only take place in the vertical relationship. When a child is born he looks towards this point within man and woman. There are different levels. Both plus and minus go through different steps to reach the same horizontal level which intersects the vertical line. Often a man grows up beyond that horizontal line, but he can no longer see ahead so he realizes, “This is the point where I am supposed to be” and he goes back to the horizontal line. Then he starts looking toward the center and so does the woman from her side. Where do they meet? Right at the center. There are no two planes, only this one horizontal line and this place is the only place they will meet. Each one will know where to meet. ”

Noble Dream

People are always contemplating doing something and are always seeking after something. The important thing is what they are looking for, what kind of dream they hope to fulfill. Men and women have dreams, as does a family, nation and even the whole world. On a wider level, the invisible world of spirit is also pursuing a dream. There is some entity which created all the universe and that entity must have had a dream or a reason for creating everything.

If you are living in the midst of a family and society that have a chaotic or confused situation, you feel dizzy, as though you were twisting back and forth, first one direction then another, without control. You want to be turning steadily in one direction, with order and joy. When you relate to some object for a certain purpose then automatically you have a common center between you. The actions of winding and unwinding both have a relationship to the axis. If you are turning first one way and then another, but you are accomplishing something by doing so, then you feel good. Even your eyes want to have a purpose for looking out, not just stare aimlessly or move independently of each other. When a person’s two eyes are looking steadily at something, you know he has a purpose in mind.

People often think dreams are phantom things without order or direction, but that is not the kind of dream we are seeking. Our dream has direction, purpose and discipline. It is a high, noble dream. Suppose there was such a thing as a company that manufactured and sold dreams. What would be the highest-quality, most expensive dream? Maybe women would consider the dream of beauty to be the highest quality; the dream would include beautiful clothes and a beautiful face. A man might have the dream of being a broad-shouldered athlete. A woman may have great beauty but if there is no purpose to her beauty, does it have meaning? Would anyone like to be a beautiful doll that stayed all day long in a glass box? No one could tolerate it. Real beauty is not just external appearance, like a doll’s, but requires active motion toward a goal, with a purpose.

Do women want to be beautiful in order to impress other women or to relate with other beautiful women? Why does a person have beauty as her dream? Beauty is not an end in itself. but a means to greater fulfillment. The goal of beauty is love. A beautiful woman is searching for a man who will love her. Beauty finds its consummation at the terminal of love.

Men want to be masculine and well-respected, but for what purpose? Suppose you wanted to become the strongest man in the world and you worked out every morning with weights. Once you became the champion, would that be the end? If a man won many boxing matches and finally became the world champion boxer, receiving cheers and a standing ovation from the crowd, how would he feel if some big, tall man came out and presented him with a bouquet of flowers to honor him? Wouldn’t he prefer instead to see a beautiful woman stepping forward to present him with the bouquet? You men, tell me, would he prefer getting an enormous bouquet with thousands of flowers from a big, burly man, or would he like a smaller bouquet given to him by a nice lady?

Beauty searches for its complement to find harmony. A man searches for a beautiful, feminine woman and a woman searches for a masculine man. When you see a strong man and a lovely woman together, you feel it is a beautiful sight because they complement each other.

Drifting

There is a black hole in me

Without singularity

Fragments of life

Say me goodbye

Unreliable memories

Drifting in space

Who could be

You

Wasted me

I can’t embrace

The dead

Any more

Where would you be

If I were still alive

For you

Where would you be

If I were still there

I cannot be

The scent of your garden

Is broken history

I’m lonely and lost

I have everything I don’t need

Now, I am free (Separate togetherness)

I’ve walked on a long, cold, muddy road
I’ve thought light is in your hand you hold
But there was only shades of the night
I became empty, ran out of life

You were my temple, religion
You were hope and future illusion
But just lies and grand dellusions
You won freaking, rigged game of yours

Now I am empty
Now I am free
Now I can feel
eternity

I’m still on the cross, don’t get me wrong
I’m bleeding through all my bloody, deep holes
But I choose to be here, you see
I’m breaking the cycle of endless vanity

You can see the world as it goes
You can play your dreams in rabbit holes
You won’t be who you could be
If you don’t look farther than your pain

Now I am empty
Now I am free
Now I can feel
eternity

We are different galaxies
We have whole different needs
We say and claim different truths
We shall see beyond or lose

Now I am empty
Now I am free
Now I can feel
without you
eternity

The Entire Universe Exists for the Sake of Love and Because of Love

The entire universe exists for the sake of love and because of love. When we look at the mineral world, the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom and mankind, all are divided into two, positive and negatIve. The animal kingdom is divided into two, male and female. The mineral kingdom is divided into positive and negative, i.e. electricity. Why do they exist in dual characteristics? Because they have to make a circular motion. Once there is a circular motion, what comes next? Action! Action initiates energy and produces energy. In order to have this kind of circular motion, one single man or woman can’t do that. There has to be a subject and object relationship, a reciprocal relationship. Without a subject and object relationship, there will be no circular movement in the entire universe from mineral kingdom to man.

Why is true love so precious and important?

Why is true love so precious and important? It is because it is the means by which we can meet God. Just as human beings desire to meet God, God also wants to meet true human beings because of love. The love by which God can see, touch, and share with men and women at the same time, is the love by which men and women love each other. If anything other than love were to be recognized as the most valuable thing in the universe, men and women would fight each other to try to claim it for themselves. Once we realize that love is the highest value, however, we can strive to live for each other and become one with each other, sharing the happiness of possessing love together.

The Preciousness of Men

In all of history, what is the most precious thing for woman? The answer is, naturally, man. What is the most precious thing for man? The conclusion, naturally, is woman. So, which is the most important being-you or your fiancée, your spouse? Your spouse. It’s an amazing conclusion. How many men and women exist with such a correct, precise understanding at this time on earth? This awareness is so precious that someone may demand that you must work very hard for 100 years before you can get a spouse with this understanding. Perhaps you had to work 1,000 years If someone gave you that condition, would you say, “Well, 100 years is too long.” Or would you work 100 or even a thousand years in order to get your mate? Would you do that?

Women are so precious, but all by themselves, they are useless. The only way for a woman to become valuable is to bring a man along with her, no matter how ugly or deformed or useless he seems. No matter how he looks, a man must be brought to you in order for your value to begin.

God is very tolerant, but let’s imagine we had a God with a very short temper. He never puts Up with anything for long. Suppose God looks down at men and women fighting so much. God knows the value of man and woman and that they are not supposed to fight, so what does God do? He removes all the women from the men and hides them. What would world of only men be like? Would the men all say, “Oh, now I feel better. We can finally have peace on earth. I can do perfectly well without that woman.” Do you think they would say that? What would happen? Men, at that point, would desperately pray, “Please God, send me a woman.” Probably the men would not ask for a beautiful woman like they do now, but would say, “Father, give me a woman, any woman. I don’t care if she’s black or Oriental-it really doesn’t matter, so long as she’s a woman. Even if she’s ugly or tiny, it doesn’t matter, Father. I can put her in my pocket or carry her on my back.”

How much do you think a man would cherish a woman after such a prayer? The same goes for women. If you had to buy your own mate by paying with one arm, would you hesitate? If there were no men to be had, you would jump at the chance, wouldn’t you? What if, after you give away one arm, somehow it wasn’t enough, and you had to give the other arm. Would you do that? You would! What about your legs? You would give up both of them because you still want a man. If you were really in that hard situation where you had to buy him or else you would not have him, then you probably would do it. In your opinion, is man that precious? If you had to give up your eye or your nose, would you still pay that price to buy a man? You probably would. That’s a very serious matter. You would do it because a man is that precious.

Have you ever regarded your husband as being that precious? Actually, that husband of yours should be enshrined and you should just worship him. We never touch precious things; we just look at them from afar. That’s how valuable your husband should be to you. There is no way of denying it. People take each other for granted because there are plenty of men and women, but we take many things for granted that we shouldn’t.

The Preciousness of Women

Are women very precious or not? When you say yes, think about history. Did women play a special role in history, enabling men to fulfill their role to go in God’s direction? Have you ever thought that you as a woman should be doing that? ~I am helping my husband or fiancée so that he can help the progress of the dispensation. I will continue to do so in the future.” Did you think that way when you answered, “Yes, women are precious”?

Whom do you resemble? You women have two eyes; they resemble very much the eyes of your own mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, all the way up in your ancestry to God. God is also feminine. Your eyes represent your origins or ancestors, and all of womankind In the future, your eyes will continue to be represented in your offspring. Do you sometimes think, I will revolutionize my eyes”? Perhaps you do something to your eyes to make them look different, like using eye shadow. But actually that doesn’t revolutionize your eyes. It’s only temporary. Four or five hours later, the eye shadow washes off and you’re back to the same situation. Nevertheless, your eyes are very precious because they represent history, all women, and the future of mankind.

Whom do women take after? The mother of mothers. We cannot think about history and mankind without women. They simply would not continue. History would never have existed without women. Today is very precious, of course, but the past is also precious, and the future is even more precious.

Just imagine: which would be more of a crisis in the world – a huge war between the two superpowers, or something that causes a decline in the number of women on the earth, so they become fewer and fewer, to the point where there is only one woman left? Which is a greater crisis-world war, or women diminishing? Think about how horrible it would be if, while the women were diminishing, men continued to exist in the same numbers. Just imagine for a moment – a man’s world without women. There could be no bigger crisis imaginable than men without women. If only a few women were left, what will happen to the men? How precious women would become. There are plenty of women now, so men think, “Well, there is one for me, no matter what.” But what if there were only one woman? Even if a man had all the wealth and power of America and the world, could he trade it for that one woman? No, because her value is even greater than that.

Have you ever stopped to think that you are so precious and great that you could not even be exchanged for all of America? The same goes for women without men. Just imagine that no men exist-just women. What kind of a world would that be? Men, like women, represent history. They represent the past and they are existing today for the future.
