As I Can See

Vigilance, and like mental attitudes of heedfulness, wakefulness, and concentration, are necessary for progress on the spiritual path.

Heedfulness is necessary because life is a continuous stream: every moment is an occasion to think, will, and act either within the discipline of the spiritual path or to violate its teachings. Despite one’s initial burst of enthusiasm for the Way, it is all too easy to slip back into fallen and worldly habits. Only continued vigilance can preserve our life.

SMM Quotes – 232

“Unless words and action are one, they result in evil. If we harmonize on all sides we are balanced. If we don’t harmonize, we lose our spiritual balance and it is almost impossible for us to right ourselves. The same is true of our faith – if we lean to one side we lose harmony and harmony cannot easily be recovered, even with hundreds of thousands of times the effort. So to keep from turning aside from our path, you must be right and true in your words and actions – behaviour and feelings to draw the boundary between gain and loss in your religious life. Even one hundredth of second will make or break your fate.” – Reverend Sun Myung Moon

How to Save the USA and the World

As I Can See

There has been a hidden tension what started to burst out in the USA lately due to the police-shootings, however, we should see the wider perspective: it is a world-wide phenomena.

The once praised democracy failed and the misused western countries (misused by powers what people tended not to care/missed to control) spread the new-age of the historically well-known oppression, exploitation, and enmity. Certainly, again, a minority of people acts in the name of the rest, without even letting them know everything. Oswald Spengler wrote The Decline of the West  almost a century ago, a time when the communism has just started its rapid soaring as an answer for the exploited, unheeded, misused people, an answer for their desperate longing for something better, something true. As it turned out, even that was a poor and abused blueprint of something great what the heartistic people needed…

Right now, the civilization…

God Can Smile – A child’s prayer

As I Can See

Soon a new e-book will be published, with the title “God Can Smile“.

Here is a little story from it:

There was a mom and she was reflecting on her two little boys. She said that, “Years ago, when my two little boys were very small, they were taught how to say their blessings before eating their meal.

One night, I was very busy scurrying around the kitchen, so I told them, ‘Hey! Boys, say your prayers before the meal without me’.” And then she took a moment to watch them as they both squeezed their eyes tightly, and folded their hands and began to pray.

The elder one, the 4 years old, finished very quickly, but the 3 years old kept on praying and praying. After about another minute or two passed, the 3 years old lifted his head, looked at his plate and was very angry…

God Can Smile – God’s wisdom

As I Can See

Adam was having a conversation with God, and Adam asked God, “God, why did you make the woman so beautiful?”

God answered, “Well, so that you would love her.”

Adam asked God again, “God, why did you make woman so irrational?”

God replied, “So that she would love a fool like you.”

God Can Smile – Ancestry

As I Can See

It was a party, after the ancestry lecture, and a whole group of women were gathered. They started to talk to each other. Tina was talking to Claire, and she asked her about the ancestry. Claire said: “My ancestry dates all the way back to Alexander, The Great!”

Caroline came in and said, “My ancestry dates all the way back to Constantine!”

Angie came in the conversation and said, “My ancestry dates all the way back to Genghis Khan! Tina, what about you? What did you find out about your ancestors?”

Tina looked very sad and she said, “Well, I really don’t know.”

The other ladies added, “Oh, well, I guess your ancestry doesn’t go back that far anyway, it’s probably a very short ancestry line.”

Finally, Tina noted, “Yes, it’s very sad; we’ve lost all our records in the flood!”

Pursuing the noble ideal of God

As I Can See

When you pursue the noble ideal of God, all of a sudden you will encounter incredible danger, not only to yourself, but also to your family and your children; you will be confronted by many difficulties. Are you going to turn around, think twice, and go in a different direction, or will you pursue your original commitment? What you would do under such circumstances is the most crucial question any man or woman can face.

For God and the spirit world there is no death, so God’s way is to overcome difficulty and move forward. There is no possibility that God will wiggle out of difficulty, or change His mind and retreat. God is looking for a similar character in men and women. Even though God never dies, He is always ready to give every ounce of His energy to the last minute. He can endure even the difficulty and…
